Where is my order? Tracking information comes in a separate e-mail from PirateShip- if you have not received an e-mail within 3 days of making your purchase, please contact us (allow 24-72 hours for a response). We are seeing delays with USPS- thank you for your patience.
I was charged Express for shipping, how can I change this? Sometimes the system does not show alternative shipping options (happens with Mobile + PayPal), the system defaults to the fastest shipping. No action is needed on your part, we will proactively adjust and credit your shipping back!
I purchased a PDF but it won't download! Your order confirmation e-mail will have a link to immediately download- please do so ASAP- once this platform retires the link will no longer work.
My PDF link has expired, what do I do? Send [email protected] an e-mail to reset until the end of June. After June, you will have to repurchase on a new platform.
